My biggest “aha” moment was in finding out that eating chicken, fish and other foods that contain fat are not good for us and that plant based foods are much better for our health. I look at food much differently now. 2. This class made me feel “energized”. I feel I can face the challenges of the day with all I have learned. 3. I start my day with steel cut oatmeal with almond milk, blueberry pineapple sea moss gel, chia seeds and cashews. I cook a pot of the oatmeal, make a serving to eat that morning and refrigerate 3 servings in jars for the next 3 mornings. It’s satisfying and healthy. 4. I enjoyed the class. Your instructions were excellent. The class videos and pdf were informative. I would recommend this class to my family and friends.

I realized that everything I currently have in my pantry can be used to accommodate my plant based diet and inexpensive. 2) The class made me feel encouraged and empowered to walk into a better healthy me 3) I enjoyed all the meal prepared in person but what blew my mind was the preparation of tofu and black salt taking the appearance and taste of scramble eggs. All the recipes are easy to prepare. 4) I was especially in awe of the tip I learned to help with my weight loss.....I WILL LOOK AT MY PLATE DIFFENTLY AND LOVE THE POWER PLATE CONCEPT. I was inspired by all of the attendees and their journey leading them up to the class. Deb was an amazing instructor. She felt like family. She was very encouraging and made us all feel whether we want to commit to plant base or not, the tools provided would help us on our journey.
