Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
2 cups plant milk
1 banana, mashed
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
½ cup berries or chopped apple
Preparation
Mix all, pour into 8×8 dish, bake 35 min @ 375 °F.
Tips and Variations
Top with nut butter or coconut yogurt.
