Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 2 cups plant milk

  • 1 banana, mashed

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ½ cup berries or chopped apple

Preparation

Mix all, pour into 8×8 dish, bake 35 min @ 375 °F.

Tips and Variations

Top with nut butter or coconut yogurt.
