Ingredients
1 cup Bragg's Liquid Aminos (or other salt substitute)
1 cup Veggie Broth - No Salt Added)
2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp Seasoned Rice Vinegar
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Liquid Smoke
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Combine ingredients in a bowl and whisk to blend.
Step 2
Marinate plant-based dogs in a covered bowl in the refrigerator for at lease 2 hours. Overnight is best.
Step 3
Boil: Add 1/4 cup - 1/2 cup of the marinade to water.
Grill: Baste the dogs with marinade while on the grill.
Bake: Place dogs in oven-safe container and bake about 15 minutes or until desired browning.
